Stock Photography:

What file format are your stock images?
We offer TIFF and JPEG files for print use and JPEG format for use on the web, multimedia, and other uses.

How do I order stock images?
Please contact us or submit our Stock Photo Request Form and a customer service representative will contact you with an estimate within 24 hours.

Are the stock images you sell royalty free?
No, we do not offer any royalty free images at this time. All stock images sold by Global Quest Photography are rights managed.

Can your color images be converted to black and white?
Yes, any color images in our archive can be converted to black and white high-resolution. If you are interested in ordering a color image in black and white, please let us know before ordering and we can convert it for you.

Payment Methods:

What types of payment methods do you accept?
We accept Electronic Fund Transfers, money orders, certified checks, business and personal checks. Please note that personal and business checks must clear before stock images are delivered.

Order Processing:

How long does it take to process orders?
Orders for stock photography are fulfilled immediately once payment has been received and credited.

Shipping:

What types of shipping do you offer for stock images delivered on CD and DVD-ROM?
We currently offer USPS Priority Service for orders in USA and UPS Worldwide Express for international orders.

We can also ship via Federal Express for special orders.

Refunds:

What is your refund policy?
Due to the facility through which digital files can be reproduced, we do not make refunds for orders of TIFF or JPEG stock photography under any circumstances. If a file you have purchased on CD or DVD is damaged or incompatible with your computer system, please contact customer service at info@GlobalQuestPhoto.com for assistance and redelivery of the file upon determination of the problem. A new file will be delivered as soon as possible.

Do you share the information you collect with third parties?
No. We do not under any circumstances share information about our clients through our website with third parties
